.me domain terms & conditions

Based on the Law on Property of Republic of Montenegro (Article 7, Lot 1, Official Gazette of
Montenegro number 44/99), Decision of Government of Montenegro on forming a Council for .me
domain (Official Gazette of Montenegro number 015/2007), and on the basis of suggestions of
Technical Administrator, the Council has, on 14th June 2007, confirmed following:

R U L E S

ON REGISTRATION AND USE OF DOMAIN BELOW THE NATIONAL INTERNET
DOMAIN “.ME”


I – PREPARATORY REGULATIONS


Article 1.


This document regulates:

a) Issues regarding registration and use of domain, below the national internet domain (country
code Top Level Domain – ccTLD of Montenegro (".me");

b) Rights and obligations of Council for .me or ccTLD Manager (further: Council), as state
department and Technical Administrator of national Internet domain, Registration Agents,
domain users and third interested parties.

c) Mutual relations between Technical administrator, Registration Agents, domain users and third
interested parties.

Article 2.

National Internet domain ".me" is:


a) an element of national treasure and sovereignty of Republic of Montenegro,
b) basis for recognition of Republic of Montenegro on Internet,
c) property of Republic of Montenegro.


Article 3.

Each legal subject and person can achieve the right to use this domain under same conditions, which
are regulated by this Rulebook.

Disposal, management and use of national Internet domain .me require a high level of responsibility
and respect for public interests.

State’s interest regarding national ".me" domain is represented and accredited by the Council.


II –DEFINITION OF TERMS

Article 4.

National Domain is the highest domain in hierarchy of global domain systems according to
two-letter code contained by ISO 3166-1 standard for Montenegro;
Domain is each domain of any level registered below the national domain;
Second Level Domain is a domain registered below the national domain “.me” – domain of the first
level – and is used for registration under specific conditions, specified in the article 8 of the Rulebook.
Subdomain is a domain registered below the second level domain or any lower domain;
Premium Domain is each domain made for registration under specific conditions defined by article 13
of the Rulebook;
Generic Domain is predefined domain of the second level;
Reserved Domain is a domain of specific interest for Republic of Montenegro;
Council are representative bodies or persons named by the Government of Montenegro, involved in
disposal, management and use of national domain according to regulation ICP-1: Internet domain
name system structure and delegation (ccTLD Administration and delegation), regulated by ICANN;
Technical Administrator is a subject responsible for managing the Register;
Register is an electronic record of data about registered domains, domain users, registration agents and
their administrators. Register is available to public and can be found on Internet page of Technical
Administrator;
Domain User is a subject from article 8 of the Rulebook which has completed the process of domain
registration;
Registration Agent is a legal subject authorized for domain registration named by the Council.


III – NAME OF THE DOMAIN BELOW THE ".ME" DOMAIN

Article 5.

Name of the domain must be in accordance with the RFC (Request for Comments) 1034, 1035, 1122
and 1123 standards, as well as those which replace or complete them. Domain’s name is a series of
symbols that must fulfill the following conditions:


a) it must contain at least 2, and mostly 63 symbols;
b) it is made only out of the following symbols: 26 letters of English alphabet (lowercase and capital
letters), figures between “0” and “9”, and sign “-“;
c) first and last symbol in a row can not be “-“, neither can sign “-“ be used two times consecutively ;
d) name of the each domain must be unique.


Article 6.

Name of the domain must be in accordance with regulations, ethical and moralistic principles.

Name of the domain must not cause misconceptions.


Council, Technical Administrator and Registration Agent are not responsible for the use of domain’s
name.

IV – CONCEPT OF A DOMAIN; TYPES OF DOMAINS

Article 7.

Generic domains are made for registration of subjects in accordance with this Rulebook as follows:

a) gov.me – state authorities and authorities of Republic of Montenegro;

b) ac.me – University and Academies of Republic of Montenegro;

c) edu.me – institutions dealing with education, registered in competent Ministries of Republic of

Montenegro;

d) net.me -legal providers of Internet services;

e) org.me – civil organizations and associations;

f) co.me – companies;

g) its.me; priv.me – persons.

Council will thereinafter establish a list of reserved domains within a separate decision, as well as
specific second level domains that are meant for selling Premium domains of third and lower levels.
Council being a competent state authority will register generic and reserved domains under its name.

As defined by this Rules, Premium domains are all domains that are not registered below the generic
domains, domains that are not reserved, as well as domains of third level registered below specific
domains of second level.

V – GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR DOMAIN REGISTRATION

Article 8.

The following subjects are allowed to register a domain:
a) National and foreign companies and citizens;
a) State authorities of Republic of Montenegro;
b) Diplomatic representatives that are accredited in Montenegro;
c) Other subjects, carriers of rights and obligations.


Article 9.

Subject specified in Article 8 of the Rulebook submits a request for domain registration (further:
Request) to Registration Agent, in accordance with the names of domains defined by Articles 5 and 6
of the Rulebook.

After the registration process is completed, the submitter of the request becomes domain user.

Article 10.


Subjects mentioned in article 8 of the Rulebook are entitled to register unlimited number of domains
below the generic domains defined by this Rulebook; domains must be in accordance with registered
identity outside this Rulebook.

Article 11.

Technical Administrator can delegate administration of registered domain, on users request and in case
that user satisfies necessary technical and administrative premises.

Article 12.

Users to whom the administration is not delegated can submit a request for registration of sub-domain
below the registered domain. The request is submitted to Technical Administrator.

VI – SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR DOMIAN ASSIGNATION

Article 13.

Subjects from article 8 of the Rulebook submit a Request for registration and use of Premium domain
solely through Registration Agents; Premium domains are assigned through public competition.

VII – PROCESS OF REGISTRATION FOR DOMAIN’S NAME

Article 14.

Process of domain registration is started by submitting Requests.

Request is submitted to Registration Agent by electronic mail, on line application, personally or by
mail. Requests are processed in chronologic order ("first come, first served").

Submitter of the request is entirely and automatically responsible for authenticity of data in the
Request.

Article 15.

A Request must contain:

1. The requested name of the domain;
2. Period of domain’s use;
3. Name or brand of the Request’s submitter;
4. Contact details.

VII - DOMAIN REGISTRATION

Article 16.

Technical administrator, i.e. Registration Agent will inform Request’s submitter about the termination
of registration process by electronic mail.

Domain is activated after the fee for domain registration and maintenance is paid.

Registration Agent will withhold the request for any domain’s registration that is not in accordance
with this Rulebook.

IX – DURATION OF A DOMAIN

Article 17.

Domain users can use a domain in period from 1 (one) year to 10 (ten) years, with payment of enacted
fee.

Period of domain’s use can be extended and is subject of new evaluation of conditions. Domain users
can also use a domain in period of 6 (six) months, without the right to an extension. In that case a
temporary registration of domain is made, and user pays enacted fee. A new registration of a temporary
domain is not possible 6 months after its extinction.

X – TRANSFER OF DOMAIN’S NAME

Article 18.
Domain user can concede a domain to another person, by paying enacted fee to Registration Agent.
New domain user undertakes all rights and obligations defined by this Rulebook.

Article 19.

Council can issue an instruction for temporary deactivation of domain in case of founded interests,
especially if there is reasonable doubt that the user has registered a domain against this Rulebook;
instruction for temporary deactivation can also be issued if there is a probability that registration or use
of the domain caused rights’ violation to a third person, and if further use of domain could cause
serious or hardly recompensed damage to a third person.

Technical Administrator is making a temporary deactivation of domain, based on the Council’s
instruction.

Temporary deactivation of domain can last until the resolution of the moot question, or after reasons
that caused deactivation no longer exist.


Technical Administrator is obliged to inform the Registration Agent and domain user about the
temporary deactivation.

XI – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF DOMAIN USER

Article 20.

a) Domain user has a right and obligation to use domain in way common in worldwide Internet
community;
b) Domain user has an obligation to respect and conduct technical recommendations of Technical
Administrator;
c) User of a domain is obliged to inform Technical Administrator about all changes that could affect
domain’s use;

d) Domain user has the right and obligation to cooperate with Technical Administrator on issues
related to restriction and restraints of activities, which are regarded as misuse of domain and are
causing damage to users of ".me" domain.

XII – DELETE AND DEACTIVATION OF A DOMAIN

Article 21.

Technical Administrator will deactivate or delete a registered domain in following cases:

a) On users demand;
b) Based on Council’s decision;
c) If the domain user doesn’t fulfill his financial obligations regularly.


In case of delete or deactivation of a domain based on Council’s decision, user will be informed by
electronic mail; notice will be sent to e-mail address from the Request, immediately after the
instruction is received. Domain remains available for a new registration after the reception of Council’s
decision about the possibility for new registration.

In case of delete or deactivation of a domain caused by irregular payments, user will be informed about
the possibility of domain’s deactivation by electronic mail to address specified in Request, 7 (seven)
days before the rent expiry. Domain remains available for new registration after the rent expiry.

XII – RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO DOMAIN

Article 22.

Domain users are completely responsible for damage made to a third person, caused by registration or
use of a domain’s chosen name

Technical Administrator and Registration Agents can not be held responsible for authenticity of data
specified in the Request; they are not responsible for any rights’ violation made to a third person and/or


damage or costs caused by the registration process and/or use of domain that are a result of a conflict
between user and a third person.

Article 23.

User of a domain is completely responsible for:

a) Name of the domain;
b) Authenticity and legality of the data related to the domain.


Article 24.

User accepts complete and individual responsibility for the use of a domain, starting from the moment
domain’s registration is completed.

XIII – COSTS AND FEES RELATED TO “.ME” DOMAIN MANAGEMENT

Article 25.

User of a domain pays a registration fee and maintenance costs for domain’s name; this is regulated by
the Price-current, enacted by Council or in accordance with the contract made with Registration Agent.

XIV – TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL REGULATIONS

Article 26.

All domains, registered below “.yu” domain and related to registered identities with residence in
Republic of Montenegro, specified in Article 8 of the Rules, will be available at least 12 months
starting from the day of official delegation of “.me” domain administration to Technical Administrator,

i.e. due to final extinction of “.yu” domain.
Registered identities with residence in Montenegro, will loose possibility for new domain registration
below the “.yu” domain starting from the day of delegation of “.me” administration to Technical
Administrator.

Users of objective domains are obliged to submit Request for domain registration to Technical
Administrator, due to period specified by lot one of this Article.

Mutual relations between administrators of “.yu” and “.me” domains during the transitional period are
to be defined with specific agreements. Mutual relations between administrators of domains for
identities registered in Republic of Montenegro that have been registered below “.yu” domain, are to be
defined with specific agreements.


Article 27.

In case of any litigation regarding the right to use the name of the domain between the user of a domain
registered according to this Rulebook and third person, international standards, usual rules, and
Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) will be applied.

Article 28.

Appropriate acts for enforcement of this Rules will be enacted in period of 6 (six) months.

Article 29.

This Rules will take effect 8 days after its publication in Official Gazette of Montenegro.


According to the Law on Property of the Republic of Montenegro (Article 7, Stav 1, „Sl. List RCG” br.
44/99) and the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Montenegro on establishing the
NATIONAL COUNCIL for implementation and monitoring over the activities of the national Internet
domain, ('Sl. list RCG', br. 015/2007), the NATIONAL COUNCIL, on _______ has adopted the
following

R E G U L A T I O N S


REGARDING REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE DOMAIN NAME
UNDER THE NATIONAL INTERNET DOMAIN
OF THE REPUBLIC OF MONTENEGRO ".ME"


I –GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1

This document regulates:
a) matters of registration and use of domain, under the national Internet domain (country code
Top Level Domain - ccTLD) of the Republic of Montenegro (".me");

b) rights and obligations of the NATIONAL COUNCIL, as authority, Information Technology
Center at the University of Montenegro, as national Internet domain administrator (hereinafter-
CIS), registration agents, domain name users and possible third interested parties.

c) mutual relations between CIS, registration agents, domain name users and third parties

Article 2

National Internet domain is:
a) basis element of the national wealth and sovereignty of the Republic of Montenegro
b) cornerstone for the Republic of Montenegro recognition on the Internet
c) property of the Republic of Montenegro

Article 3

All legal and civil entities have equal rights, in accordance with these Regulations, on Internet
recognition.

Managing and use of national Internet domain ".me" implies high level of responsibility and respect
towards all users.

Interest of the State regarding ".me" domain is protected by the NATIONAL COUNCIL.


II-DEFINITION OF TERMS

Article 4

NATIONAL DOMAIN: a country top level domain within the hierarchy of global domains system,
assigned according to the two-letter codes in the ISO 3166-1standard codes for the Republic of
Montenegro;
NATIONAL COUNCIL: legal authority established by the decision of Government of the Republic of
Montenegro and, according to Article 2 of this Regulations, indebted for coordination of activities
related to domain grant in aim of National Domain protection;
DOMAIN ADMINISTRATOR: CIS, in charge for maintenance of registry and domain use;
DOMAIN REGISTRY: electronic databasis on registered domains, domain users, registration agents
and their administrators;
DOMAIN USERS: all the entities under the Article 8 of the Regulations that have the right to register
domain;
REGISTRATION AGENTS (REGISTRAR): legal entities that are entitled, under the contract signed
with the NATIONAL COUNCIL, to register domains and sign contracts with domain users;


III- DOMAIN NAMES UNDER ".ME" DOMAIN

Article 5

Domain name must comply with RFC (Request for Comments) 1034, 1035, 1122 i 1123 standards, and
with any superseding or supplementing standards. In brief, the domain name consists of a character
sequence that must fulfill the following conditions:

a) It only consists of the following characters: 26 letters of the English alphabet (small or big

letters does not make a difference), figures “0”-“9” and “-“character;
b) Comprises minimum 3 and maximum 63 characters
c) The first and the last character of the sequence must not be “-“, neither two “-“ next to each

other;
d) Every domain name must be unique.


Article 6

Domain name must be in accordance with the adopted regulations, ethic and moral principles.

Domain name must not enable adopting third party identity.

Domain name must not provoke confusion.

Domain name must not be the same or similar to a protected brand, protected sign, unless the domain
user is the owner of the protected brand or sign.

In case of a complaint by a third party or disagreement with domain user, arouse from the domain
name use, CIS does not take the responsibility.


IV- CONCEPT AND DOMAIN TYPES

Article 7

1. DOMAIN
Every domain, of any level, registered under the NATIONAL DOMAIN.
2. SECOND LEVEL DOMAIN (DOMAIN REGISTERED UNDER THE TOP LEVEL DOMAIN)
name.me – intended for the registration of entities named under the Article 8 of the Regulations.
3. SUBDOMAIN (DOMAIN REGISTRED UNDER THE SECOND, THIRD... LEVEL)
name.domainname.me – intended for the registration of entities named under the Article 8 of the
Regulations.
4. PREMIUM DOMAIN
every domain intended for the registration under the specific terms defined under the Article 15 of
the Regulations.
5. GENERIC DOMAIN (PREDEFINED DOMAIN UNDER THE SECOND LEVEL)
a) .gov.me – intended for the registration of the authority bodies of the Republic of Montenegro,
as well as of municipial and city bodies of the authority;

b) .net.me – intended for the registration of legal Internet servers;

c) .org.me – intended for the registration of organizations and citizen associations, culture

institutions, museums, theaters and other non-profitable legal entities;

d) .co.me – intended for the registration of legal entities;

e) .priv.me – intended for the registration of civil entities;

f) .ac.me – intended for the registration of University of Montenegro units and the Academies in

Montenegro;

g) .edu.me - intended for the registration of institutions dealing with education: elementary,
secondary and vocational schools that have been registered at relevant Ministries, as well as
private schools, economy subjects/firms whose primary activity is education or training of any
kind in the Republic of Montenegro;

V – REGULATIONS FOR DOMAIN ASSINGMENT

Article 8

The following subjects can register the domain listed under the Article 7 of the Regulations:
a) Foreign and local legal entities;
b) Authority bodies of the Republic of Montenegro;
c) Embassies and Consulates that have been accredited in the Republic of Montenegro;
d) Foreign and local civil entities;


Article 9

Subjects, named under the Article 8 of the Regulations, can submit the Application for registration of a
domain (hereinafter - APPLICATION) to CIS or to registration agent, according to the domain names
defined under the Articles 5 and 6 of these Regulations.


By registering a domain name, entities named under the Article 8 of this Regulations become domain
users (hereinafter - USERS).

Article 10

Entities named under the Article 8 of these Regulations, with headquarters in Montenegro, have the
right to register unlimited number of domains under the generic domains, according to their registered
identity, regardless of the specific terms for assigning of a domain name specified within these
Regulations.

Article 11

CIS can, after the domain user had submitted an APPLICATION, perform delegation of administration
of registered domain if the user fulfils all necessary technical premises regulated by internal document
of CIS.

USERS, to whome is administration delegated, do not have to submit an APPLICATION for
registration of a domain under the delegated domain.

Article 12

USERS are fully responsible for causing injuries to third persons, which are caused by registration or
use of such chosen domain name.

Mutual relations, rights and obligations between CIS, registration agents and users will be specified by
special contracts.

Article 13

CIS will not register the domain name which:
a) represents one of the standard top level generic domains (com, org, net, biz, name and similar);
b) represents an obvious injury of the third person rights (brand name, firm, stamp, public person


names and similar);
c) represents obvious injury to juridical system (unauthorized use of “Government of Montenegro”

name, domain names that express racial, religious or national intolerance and similar);
d) represents obvious injury to the society moral norms;
e) provoke confusion;

Article 14

In the case of rejection of domain registration, CIS will deliver to applicant the decision on application
rejection, including legal advise.

Unsatisfied party can file an appeal against the decision to the NATIONAL COUNCIL.


VI – SPECIFIC TERMS FOR DOMAIN ASSIGNING

Article 15

In order to protect interests and to preserve national Internet domain, as a property of the Republic of
Montenegro, all domains that are not registered under the generic domains, defined in this Regulations,
are PREMIUM domains.

Article 16

Subjects named under the Article 8 of these Regulations, can file an APPLICATION for registration
and use of PREMIUM domain exclusively through registration agents.

Registration agents are entitled by the NATIONAL COUNCIL.

Article 17

CIS will not register domain to registered identities with headquarters in the Republic of Montenegro,
named as subjects under the Article 8 of these Regulations, if they file an application with a name that
is a part of their registered identity, if this word acts against the common interest of society.

VII – DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Article 18

All subjects named under the Article 8 of these Regulations starts the procedure for domain name
registration by submitting an APPLICATION FORM.

If the application is submitted by an authorized representative, on behalf of the subjects named under
the Article 8 of these Regulations, the power of attorney must be stamped with the official seal.

Application can be submitted in person, by mail or e-mail, to CIS or to registration agent, in such
manner so that the identity of applicant could be easily determined. Applications are processed
according to the date of receiving, chronologically ("first come, first served").

From the moment when the APPLICATION is filed in the register, the requested domain name in the
APPLICATION FORM is reserved for the APPLICANT.

CIS is obligated to process the submitted APPLICATION within 7 days maximum, starting from the
date of submitting.


VIII – DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR APPLICATION

Article 19

Besides the APPLICATION FORM named under the previous Article, applicants are obliged to submit
documents which confirm their status:

a) LEGAL ENTITIES:

• The copy of the registration at the authorized body (economic subject register, associations
register, organizations register, lawyer register and similar)
• Any other relevant document which confirms the status of the subject from the Article 8 of the
Regulations;
• Notarized power of attorney in two languages for foreign economic entity.
b) NATURAL PERSONS:
• Montenegrin citizens – Copy of any valid ID document with a photo (personal card, passport,
driving license);
• Foreign citizens – Copy of valid document with a photo.
• The notarized power of attorney if the request is submitted by the representative.
IX – REJECTION AND REFUSAL OF APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AND USE OF
THE DOMAIN


Article 20

CIS will reject the APPLICATION:
a) if the APPLICANT did not submit all necessary documents named under the Articles 18 and 19 of
these Regulations.

Article 21

CIS will reject the APPLICATION:
a) if the domain name does not fulfill the conditions named under the Articles 5 and 6 of these
Regulations;
b) if the APPLICATION was submitted by a subject who does not belong to the group of subjects

named under the Article 8 of the Regulations;
c) if the conditions named under the Articles 13 and 17 of the Regulations are fulfilled;
d) if incorrect or/and misused data are indicated in the APPLICATION.

X – REGISTRATION OF DOMAIN

Article 22

CIS or registration agent will inform the APPLICANT when the procedure of domain name
registration is ended.


The domain name will be activated after all registration and maintenance costs of the domain name are
settled.

XI – DURATION OF THE DOMAIN

Article 23

Subjects named under the Article 8 of the Regulations, can use the domain name for the period of
1(one) to 5(five) years.

Period of domain name use can be extended and is subjected to a new assesment of fulfilled
conditions.

XII –TRANSFER OF A DOMAIN NAME

Clan 24.

The domain name user can renounce to another subject the domain name under the terms of these
Regulations.

Change of a domain user is performed based on their written agreement and with the NATIONAL
COUNCIL accordance.

The new domain user must fulfill the conditions named under the Article 8, submit new Application
and necessary documents named under the Articles 18 and 19 of the Regulations.

Article 25

CIS is authorized to deactivate temporarily the domain name in case when justified reasons demands
such action, particularly when there is a reasonable doubt that domain is registered against the terms of
these Regulations or when, by its registration and use, the rights of a third party are jeopardized and
further use of the domain name would cause serious damage to CIS or to third party.

CIS is authorized to condition the decision making on temporary deactivation by providing the relevant
guarantee from the third party or domain user.

Temporary deactivation lasts until all issues are solved or when, in some other manner, it is not
necessary to keep this decision active.


XIII – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DOMAIN USER

Article 26

a) Domain user is obliged to use it in the way which is common within the World Internet

Community;
b) Domain user is obliged to obey and conduct the technical recommendation of CIS
c) Domain user is obliged to keep CIS informed about the changes that could inflict the rights on the

domain name use;
d) The domain name user is obliged to cooperate with CIS on the issues regarding limitation and
prevention of the activities that represent the domain misuse and do harm to ".me" domain users.

XIV – DOMAIN DEACTIVATING AND DELETING

Article 27

CIS will deactivate or delete a registered domain if:

a) The user gave incorrect or invalid data and documents during the process of registration.
b) Domain name user did not inform CIS on the changes in relevant data on him/herself or about the

use of domain name;
c) Domain name user does not fulfill his/her obligations and responsibilities;
d) Domain name user is not capable to fulfil technical conditions required from CIS;
e) Domain name user misuses domain name;
f) Domain name user does not settle his/her financial obligations for services which CIS provides.;
g) The domain name user requests it;
h) There is the Decision of the Court or relevant administrative body.

The decision of deactivating or deleting the domain name will be delivered to the user at least 24 hours
in advance, at the address written in the APPLICATION FORM.

The deleting makes the domain name available, what means that it can be registered by any other
interested person belonging to group named under the Article 8 of the Regulations.

XV – RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DOMAIN NAME

Article 28

CIS does not take the responsibility for accuracy and legality of data written in the APPLICATION,
and is not responsible towards the third parties and/or users for the possible injury of their rights and/or
harm and/or cost made as the consequence of the registration and use of the domain name and/or the
dispute between the user and the third person.


Article 29

Domain name user is fully responsible for:

a) the domain name choice;
b) accuracy and legality of data regarding domain;
c) the damages inflicted to third party caused by the domain name choice (especially when right on


name, firm, stamp or other rights of intellectual property are in question);

Article 30

Domain name user is fully and personally responsible for the accuracy of data in the APPLICATION,
as well as for the legitimacy and accuracy of documents submitted with the APPLICATION.

Article 31

By signing the statement, which is a part of the APPLICATION, the user takes the full and personal
responsibility for the domain name registration and use.

XVI – COSTS AND COMPENSATIONS REGARDING ".ME"DOMAIN MANAGEMENT

Article 32

Domain name user pays fee for registration and maintenance of the domain name according to the
Domain Name Price List which is enacted by the NATIONAL COUNCIL.

XVII – TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 33

All domain names registered under the ".yu" domain, concerning registered entities with headquarters
in the Republic of Montenegro, named as subjects under the Article 8 of the Regulations, will be
available 6 months after the day of official delegation of administration to CIS.

Users of the abovementioned domains are obligated to, within the period mentioned in the first
paragraph of this Article, submit an APPLICATION to CIS for registration of the domain belonging to
those mentioned in the first paragraph of this Article.

After the expiration of the period mentioned in the first paragraph of this Article, all domain names
registered under the ".yu" domain and referring to Montenegro will be deleted.


Article 34

These Regulations shall come into effect on the eight day after being published in the “Republic of
Montenegro Official Gazette”.
