Registrations must be from organizations with a real presence in Liberia and with a demonstrable intent to use the domain name on a regular basis on the internet.  I.e. brand, vanity, placemark, trademark, service mark, etc. name registration is not appropriate.  I.e., one registration per organization.

The Organization and the Adminintrative contact must be in Liberia.
